V4x debuted its technology at NAB 2007 (April 2007, Las Vegas NV), the world’s largest convention for media managers and engineers. In its first ever public-stage demonstration, V4x garnered the highly prestigious TV Technology STARS Award. This award is an acknowledgement of V4x vision and technical capabilities in delivering next generation content creation solutions for emerging markets. The creation of smart and easy-to-use tools that give content providers logical workflows to deliver rich media content to multiple, new media platforms leveraging all of the benefits of mobile devices to best engage and captivate the viewer.

V4x Mobile TV Factory provides the back office infrastructure for aggregating and managing the delivery of interactive graphics insertion in OMA-BCAST profile, Video/Streaming outputs to DVB-H, DVB-SH or TDMB systems or 3GP/Mpeg4 3G streaming, with simultaneous mixing of "live" and "pre-recorded" sequences.

V4x founding team combines unique technical and managerial skills and experiences in software development, the broadcast industry and global business development. Founded in 2006, the Company is supported by the Region Aquitaine public institution Unitec. V4x has been awarded the "Concours National 2006 d'Aide à la Création d'Entreprises de Technologies Innovantes du Ministère de la Recherche".

V4x Solutions supports the leading rich media players for both mobile and web recently launched by Adobe:  Flash Lite 3 and Adobe Media Player for the Web. V4x Sequencer allows to easily schedule clips and package video content with interactive Flash graphics making it easy for televisions to easily create interactive video channels on the new Adobe delivery platforms.
