V4X AT NAB 2007
Showcases the new, smart, turnkey solution for creating mobile video content
Bordeaux, France — February 7, 2007 — V4x, an innovative company focused on new technology to produce high quality content for mobile and interactive devices, will be showcasing their latest products at NAB 2007, held in Las Vegas NV from April 16 through 19, on stand SL12410. Designed to meet the needs of broadcasters, production companies, and content aggregators, V4x tackles the challenges of producing media for the small screen. The V4x tools streamline the entire programming and distribution process to deliver superior video and graphics for a compelling mobile viewing experience.
In addition to exhibiting at NAB 2007, V4x will be presenting at the 2nd Annual MoTV Summit at NAB2007. The presentation “Creating for the Small Screen” takes place on Tuesday April 17 at 3:30pm.
V4x Sequencer
Demonstrated for the first time at NAB — The new V4x Sequencer represents a product break-through for picture editors and content producers. It’s never been easier to produce high quality media for interactive Web and mobile channels. The simple-to-use V4x Sequencer programming tools enable users to quickly and easily re-package eye-catching shows for optimal viewing on mobile devices . The straightforward workflow enables users to easily re-purpose media from standard editing and automation systems. Looping is a snap; preset wizards and show templates simplify and accelerate production. V4x applies special overlay processes to render crisp, clean logos and graphics right on the handset. The handled television viewer gets a rich, full-bodied and interactive experience.
Meeting the Technical Challenges of a Mobile Delivery
V4x Sequencer is designed with the WEB 2.0 mindset. It includes special features for tagging content for WEB 2.0 and auto-streaming in a variety of formats and exporting for podcast. Formatting to meet the specific technical criteria of different delivery platforms is automatically performed in the background. The Sequencer can be accessed locally or remotely with a web browser. V4x has multiple platform support.
